Dérive
Dérive is a part of Psychogeography project. Psychogeography is an approach to geography that emphasizes playfulness and "drifting" around urban environments.
We chose sound as our Dérive method. The loudest sound would lead us to an unexpected destination and it such an excited experience to just followed our sense of hearing, and see where our final destination would be. While I was hearing the sound I guessed its origin from construction or machine from a factory. Not only did I use my sense of hearing but my emotion and creativity also opened by doing a spontaneous quick drawing response to the sound. Later those sounds we recorded becomes our first demo "Derive".
